AppSoGreat is the developer and publisher of the Ruby Square mobile application, distributed through Google Play. This portal handles Australian-region support, services and partnerships on the studio's behalf.
2. Trademarks
'Ruby Square', the rotated-square logo and associated marks are trademarks of AppSoGreat. 'Google Play' and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC — references here are descriptive only and imply no endorsement by Google.
3. Licensing
The app is licensed per the terms of use. Services purchased through this portal are governed by their individual descriptions plus the same terms. The press & creator pack contains a standing license for editorial use of brand assets and gameplay footage — journalists and creators may rely on that document without additional permission requests.
Font Awesome icons are used under their free license. Site typography uses Google Fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter) under the SIL Open Font License.
4. Compliance & GDPR
Although we're an Australian operation, we apply GDPR-grade data handling as our baseline: minimal collection, purpose limitation, deletion on request within 30 days. EU/UK residents hold the same rights described in the privacy policy — there is no separate weaker regime for non-EU users. Australian Privacy Act 1988 obligations apply to all users.
Accessibility conformance targets WCAG 2.1 AA across the site and the app's supported palettes.
