Contact us1. Acceptance
By downloading Ruby Square, browsing rubysquareau.com, or purchasing any service offered through this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services — that's the whole deal. These terms are governed by Australian consumer law, which gives you rights nothing here removes.
2. Using the app
Ruby Square is licensed, not sold — you get a personal, non-transferable right to install and play it on devices you own. You may not reverse-engineer the app for redistribution, use it to build a competing product, or misrepresent modified versions as ours. Playing, streaming, recording and monetizing footage of the game is explicitly permitted and encouraged.
The game is rated for all ages. Parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising minors' device use.
3. Services & purchases
In-app purchases (Ruby Pass) are processed by Google Play under its payment terms. Portal services — coaching, plans, licenses, kits — are sold by Ruby Square AU with prices quoted in AUD including GST where applicable. Each service page describes its scope; the scope described at purchase is what you get. Service delivery begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and refunds follow the refund policy — 14 days, straightforward conditions, no retention games.
4. Intellectual property
Ruby Square, its levels, artwork, code and branding are the property of AppSoGreat. This site's design and copy are the property of Ruby Square AU. You may not reuse our brand assets commercially without written permission — press/creator usage is covered by the press pack license.
5. Liability
The app and services are provided in good faith and with professional care. To the extent Australian law allows, our liability for service-related claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Disputes go to the courts of Western Australia unless consumer law gives you a local option. If any clause here is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.
